No hacking attempts, server overloading, or unethical use.
Keep Your Documents
ClubHub facilitates your accounting, but you remain responsible for legal retention of your original documents.

We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from input errors, software bugs, or service interruptions.
ClubHub is an accounting assistance tool. Generated reports should be reviewed by you or your accountant before official submission.
Service Termination
By You
Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of the paid period.
By ClubHub
We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of violation of terms of use or fraudulent activity. 30 days prior notice except in serious cases.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms of use. In case of major changes, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
